How ordering works
Save pieces to your bag and review your delivery details, or contact MATORY on Instagram with a piece name. We confirm availability, actual photos, measurements, materials, condition and price before you order. Saving delivery details does not place an order. Online payment is not yet available.
Shipping within the United States
Shipping origin and delivery options depend on the piece. We confirm the shipping cost and available delivery arrangements for your address before purchase.
International shipping
Please contact us to confirm whether we can ship your chosen piece to your destination. Shipping costs, delivery estimates and any applicable import charges are clarified before ordering.
Processing time
Preparation time varies by piece and shipping origin. We will confirm an estimated dispatch time before you place your order. Shipping times vary by destination.
Tracking your order
When tracking is available, we share the carrier’s tracking details after dispatch. For an update, contact MATORY with your order reference. Automated order tracking is not yet available on this website.
One-of-one pieces
Many MATORY pieces are one of one or available in small quantities. Please confirm availability before ordering. Viewing a piece on this website does not reserve it.
